Mentorship Program

The Mentorship Program is a five-month program that focuses on the professional and personal development of female professionals. Our goal is to connect you with inspiring women who lend their support while you are advancing your career, setting goals, and expanding your skills. Each month will center on a certain aspect of a young professional’s life. From networking and personal branding all the way to stress management, the themes aim to address the key challenges our program participants face in their everyday working lives.

The Mentorship Program matches mentors and mentees based on their mutual career interests, goals, expertise, and general background information. Over the course of five months, mentor and mentee will build a close relationship through communication, face-to-face meetings, and group events hosted by the Berlin Geekettes.

The 2015 edition will be kicking off in September and will be open to 30 mentors and mentees. Applications for mentees will be open until July 31 . Interested in submitting your own? Then you should definitely continue reading.

Update: Applications for mentees are now closed!

The 2015 edition of the Mentorship Program will start in September. Applications are now closed but make sure to subscribe to our newsletter to keep yourself informed about our next edition.

Please note that we are, unfortunately, not always able to match everyone who applies. This may happen for many reasons, but the most common is that we simply so not have equal numbers of mentors and mentees.

If an applicant is not matched, please understand that it is not because you have been deemed "unsuitable" for the Program. You will immediately be places on our waiting list and contacted as soon as an opportunity arises.

If you have any questions regarding the application process you can contact us at any time!

If your company or organization is interested in sponsoring or otherwise supporting this program, please contact us as well.
